DRYCE is operated by a small team. We answer support email directly; there is no ticketing system, no chatbot, no phone line.
Typical response time: within two business days. Please include your @username and a short description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
I forgot my DRYCE-ID phrase.
Your DRYCE-ID phrase is generated for you at signup and shown once. We do not store it in retrievable form. If you've lost it and can no longer sign in, email support; if your account is verified by biometric, we can re-establish access.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Your username, display name, and bio are scrubbed. Posts and messages remain attributed to "deleted user" so other people's threads stay intact. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is and isn't retained.
How do I report someone or something?
Long-press the post or message and choose Report. Reports go directly to the operator; we review them by hand. The only consequence we apply is account ban — see the Terms of Service.
How do I make a post permanent?
Posts default to vanishing after 24 hours. When composing, tap "permanent" before posting. You can't change a post's permanence after it's published.
Why is there a 21+ age requirement?
Lawful U.S. speech is permitted here, including material that isn’t meant for younger audiences. Account holders must be at least 21.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, email senja@dryce.app with "security" in the subject. Please do not publicly disclose until we've had a reasonable opportunity to respond. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty.
